Rob proudly stepped in to lead MARIO in 2013.  He cranked out his first fitting for his father, Mario, and Randy in 1986 and has been in love with slinging iron ever since. He graduated with his MBA from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business in 2000.  His passion is problem solving through relationship building.  He is convinced that MARIO not only has the most innovative and safest products but that he has the best minds in the industry on his team.

Susan Bergeron

Vice President

Susan joined Mario Manufacturing Inc. with its inception in 2005. Susan and Mario have been in association since 1995 in the hose coupling industry. Susan offers experience in the oil and gas industry along with service in the public accounting sector. Susan has an essential part in the “hands on” day to day operations. From an inside sales call, to purchasing job material, managing inventory, and preparing monthly P&Ls. Susan adds passion and fun to the workplace along with a wealth of knowledge. Susan’s determination, energy, dependability, work ethic and result oriented personality makes her a great asset to the MARIO team.

Randy Viteaux
VP of Engineering

 

Randy joined Mario Manufacturing Inc. in 2009. Randy brings 30 years of general manufacturing and design experience to the MARIO team. The past 20 years he has focused on the design, the manufacture and the application of hose fittings for the industrial rubber hose industry. Randy’s current position allows him to work hands on directly with the distributors in the installation and application of fittings to hose. Randy’s focused, as is the entire MARIO team, on continuing to refine and improve the performance of and the “No Sweat” features of the entire line of MARIO’s products. Randy’s energy, commitment and creativity make him a valuable asset to the MARIO team.

HANK MERGIST

QUALITY CONTROL/WAREHOUSE

Hank Mergist has joined the MARIO team contributing valuably in the quality inspection of MARIO’S fittings as well as the warehouse.  He applies great attention to detail and accuracy of a quality product, and proper documentation.  He is responsible for following projects from order entry, expediting, and shipping arrangements.  He also maintains associations with freight companies to ensure on time deliveries upon pickup of an order.  His duties also include maintaining shop equipment.
